Programs

A program is a group of worksheets that share PINs — one retreat, one class, one kitchen. Collectors get the Program PIN; the person in charge gets the Manager PIN too. Change a PIN here and every worksheet in the program follows.

Paste from a spreadsheet

First line = column headers. Copy cells straight out of Excel / Google Sheets (tab-separated) or CSV. A unique column such as reg_no is marked row_id; otherwise rows get r001, r002, … Headers containing "amount", "price", "fee" or "$" become money.

Columns (JSON)

The first column is the row's headline unless one has "headline": true. Mark one column "row_id": true to use it as the row id (e.g. reg_no) instead of generating another row_id. Types: text, number, money, date. Add "stat": "count" | "count_unique" | "sum" to tally a column under the collector progress bar (none by default; on save, a column without one takes the stat of an input whose "copy_from" is this column).

Inputs what collectors fill in

Types: text, number, money, date, select (needs "options": a list of strings, reusable by every row, or of {"name": "Cabin 1 (2T)", "target": 2} — picked by at most target rows; full ones drop out of the collectors' list), checkbox. Add "required": true to make one mandatory. "copy_from": "amount_due" copies that column (or another input) into an empty box when tapped. "copy": false leaves a field out of Copy data (note is always omitted). "stat": "count" | "count_unique" | "sum" shows a tally under the collector progress bar.
